After receiving your order, we’ll confirm the design and details. Please note:
- The background color is customizable, but your image will be hand-painted, and slight variations may occur as each wood slice is unique.
- Sizes may vary slightly due to the natural nature of the wood
- No modifications can be made after 24 hours of confirmation.

After the deposit is received, we will start creating your custom wood slice within 7-10 business days. Once finished, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Once you complete your order through the website, we will follow up with you via WhatsApp to proceed with the payment of your deposit. Please make sure to check your WhatsApp messages, as we’ll provide payment details and request a screenshot of the deposit confirmation to finalize your order.
